You’ll: Perform patient assessments and assist with pediatric care Administer medications and vaccines Educate and support families with clear, compassionate communication Collaborate closely with pediatricians and care teams Maintain accurate patient records and manage follow‑ups Help create a welcoming, reassuring experience for children and caregivers Schedule Full‑time, 4 days per week Includes one weekend shift per month What You Bring Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Pediatric experience (preferred) or strong interest in pediatrics Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills A calm, patient, and empathetic approach—especially with children Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced clinical setting Why Child Health Associates?
