Summary The Beauty Advisor cultivates client relationships through personalized service, product knowledge, and elevated selling. This onsite role serves customers in person and digitally, using technology to support sales and client engagement. Responsibilities Provide exceptional, customer-centric service and build lasting client relationships. Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge to support sales and achieve personal sales and conversion goals. Use digital tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales. Develop business through client outreach, wardrobing, and effective use of selling technology. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Fashion retail, styling, and commission sales experience. Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients. Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals. Flexibility to work a varied schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
