Senior Project Manager A local reputable General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in large Hotel / Hospitality projects. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of $40M+ projects, project controls, cost, and business management of multiple projects. Our ideal candidate would be a flexible, detail‑oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. Responsibilities Professionally represent us as the primary interface with the Owner and the Design Team. Collaborate with the estimating team during the bidding and preconstruction phases of projects. Manage all project team members, including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and interns. Mentor, develop, and train team members for growth. Accountable for project completion and financial success. Research and recommend a resolution for document interpretation issues, potential conflicts, and errors. Qualifications A four‑year degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management for Commercial Construction projects between $30 Million and $80 Million in value. The ability to manage and mentor three to five Project Managers or Project Engineers that oversee the daily operations of multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of complex building systems. Proven success with shepherding design‑build projects from the RFQ process through final closeout documents. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Experience using web‑based Project Management solutions, preferably Procore. Experience using Project Scheduling Software. Must be able to multi‑task on multiple projects in various stages of the construction process.
