This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to build a sophisticated corporate and real estate practice while working closely with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentorship and professional development.The firm offers exposure to a broad range of corporate, business, and real estate transactions, providing associates with meaningful client contact, hands-on responsibility, and a clear path for long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with a variety of corporate and business transactions, including the preparation, review, and organization of agreements and related legal documents.Support merger and acquisition matters by conducting due diligence, managing transaction checklists, and coordinating closing deliverables.Draft and revise contracts, closing documents, ancillary agreements, and corporate governance materials.Participate in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, and leasing activities.Review title reports, survey materials, and other real estate-related documentation.Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transaction execution.Manage closing processes, monitor deadlines, track required filings, and ensure all transaction requirements are satisfied.Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses related to corporate, securities, and real estate matters.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex client matters while receiving direct mentorship and training.Why Consider This Opportunity?This position offers the chance to work on sophisticated transactions for a diverse client base while developing practical business law experience in a supportive and collegial environment.
