Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Systems | Tampa, FL | $110K-$115K We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer (Power Systems) to join a growing team in Tampa, FL . This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in power distribution, electrical system design, and analysis across commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects. What You'll Do:

- Design and analyze electrical power systems including distribution, feeders, and switchgear
- Perform load flow, short circuit, and coordination studies using industry tools (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower)
- Develop one-line diagrams, construction drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and utility standards
- Support projects from concept through construction and commissioning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support client-facing technical discussions
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support field activities
- 5+ years of experience in power systems / electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of power distribution design and system analysis
- Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Experience with industrial, utility, or mission-critical projects preferred
- PE license preferred (or in progress)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
