Licensed Bail Agent — Commission Based

Almighty Bail Bonds Inc A Division of Insurance Group of Nevada Corp Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Compensation: Commission based; commission structure provided during the interview process and documented in a written agreement.

Almighty Bail Bonds Inc is seeking a motivated, dependable, and professional Licensed Bail Agent to help grow our business while providing respectful, responsive service to defendants and their families.

This position combines client service, bond production, risk assessment, case monitoring, and relationship development. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, maintains accurate records, and handles sensitive situations with discretion and compassion.

Respond promptly to bail inquiries and explain the application process, financial obligations, and bond conditions clearly.

Interview defendants and indemnitors; verify identification, employment, references, and other relevant information.

Review custody status, bail amounts, court information, and potential release restrictions before proceeding with a bond.

Evaluate applications within agency underwriting guidelines and obtain approval when required.

Prepare and process applications, indemnity agreements, payment arrangements, receipts, and other required documents.

Execute and post approved bail bonds within the agent’s licensing and delegated authority.

Handle premiums and collateral according to agency procedures and applicable requirements.

Monitor court dates, defendant check-ins, case developments, and bond status; promptly report missed appearances or other concerns.

Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records in agency systems.

Develop lawful referral relationships and generate new business through professional networking and community outreach.

Follow applicable Nevada requirements, surety guidelines, and agency policies.

Active Nevada Bail Agent license in good standing and ability to obtain or maintain required appointments and authorizations.

Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful or emotional situations.

Comfort using web-based applications, electronic documents, and case management systems.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local courts and detention facilities as needed.

Availability for agreed evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call assignments.

Commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and responsible underwriting.

Previous experience in bail bonds, insurance, legal services, collections, or a related field.

Familiarity with Clark County courts and detention facilities.

Demonstrated sales results, referral development, or an established professional network.

Bilingual communication skills.

This is a commission based opportunity. Earnings depend on eligible business produced and collected under the written compensation agreement. Commission rates, payment timing, account responsibilities, and any applicable adjustments will be explained before engagement. All compensation arrangements will comply with applicable law.
