What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain before the start of the school year.
• Experience working in or near school environments, especially with K-12 populations, is highly valued.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs.
• Dedication to fostering student growth and working with multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to K-12 students.
• Develop IEPs and participate in team meetings to set and achieve student goals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate regularly with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to design and implement effective interventions.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school community throughout the contract.
