Senior Credit Officer, Community Development Finance
Low Income Investment Fund
The Low Income Investment Fund is seeking a Credit Officer in Los Angeles to manage growing credit needs and oversee the Special Attention Loan portfolio. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in credit, lending, or community development finance, with strong skills in structuring transactions and managing multiple stakeholders. Duties include guiding underwriting and loan approval processes and leading the Asset Management Team.
