The Claims Supervisor plays an essential role within the framework as support staff for the claims manager role, focusing on the efficient handling and processing of claims data. This position acts as a liaison between the claims manager, carrier adjuster, outside legal counsel, and other team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and that the documentation necessary for claim assessment is accurately compiled and submitted. By maintaining a thorough understanding of policy details and claim procedures, the Claims Supervisor supports a smooth operational flow, contributing to the timely and accuracy of work products. Their efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and trust, reinforcing the company's commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison between the claims manager, carrier adjuster, outside legal counsel, and other team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and that the documentation necessary for claim assessment is accurately compiled and submitted.

Qualifications:

• Strong Word, Excel, analytical thinking, attention to detail, multi-tasking, the ability to communicate both written and orally in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
