Marty Snider & Associates is growing, and we’re looking for a full‑time Video Editor/Post‑Production Artist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. At Marty Snider & Associates, we create branded content, documentaries, commercials, social campaigns, television programming, and sports content for major brands, networks, and clients across the country. Our work ranges from cinematic long‑form storytelling to fast‑turn social and broadcast content. This role will work closely with our creative team — including helping support and expand the type of high‑end storytelling and post‑production work seen throughout our recent projects and edits. We’re looking for someone who is: Fast and efficient under deadlines Creative and collaborative Organized and detail‑oriented Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Passionate about storytelling and visual style Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop Experience with color correction/grading in DaVinci Resolve Understanding of pacing, music, sound design, and storytelling Ability to edit both short‑form social content and longer documentary/commercial style pieces Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment Bonus Points: Motion graphics experience Experience with sports, branded, or documentary content Camera/shooting knowledge Familiarity with AI‑assisted post‑production workflows If you’re the kind of editor who loves both cinematic storytelling and fast‑turn creative problem solving, we’d love to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marty Snider & Associates
