Full Time Orlando, FL, US Salary Range: $52.00 To $60.00 Hourly Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (Mid & Senior Level) PGM Service is a fast-growing commercial kitchen equipment service company supporting restaurants, hospitals, and large foodservice operations across Florida. We specialize in keeping kitchens operational with a focus on quality, speed, and professionalism. We are actively hiring Mid-Level and Senior Service Technicians across the following markets: Tampa Orlando Compensation & Earning Potential We offer a strong hourly base, consistent overtime, and performance-based commission.

• 45–$52+ per hour effective earnings (including overtime + commission)
• 52–$60+ per hour effective earnings (including overtime + commission)
