HVAC Designer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the design and development of mechanical systems for semiconductor and high-tech facilities, experienced HVAC Designers will work on a contract basis, focusing on developing layouts, preparing project deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Develop layouts and detailed designs for HVAC and mechanical systems Prepare project deliverables including 3D models, plans, sections, and construction documents Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure compliance with project requirements Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Computer Drafting & Design, related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of HVAC/mechanical design experience Experience with building mechanical systems in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities Extensive experience with Revit and AutoCAD modeling/drafting Proficiency with Navisworks for model review and coordination
