Spa Sales Associate - Flexible Shifts, Commission, Free Sauna

Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest is seeking a part-time team member to clean saunas, greet guests, and convert leads into memberships. Expect 15-20 hours per week with AM, PM, and weekend shifts, starting around 6:30am, in a fast-paced wellness setting. You will learn the science behind IR therapy, handle warm-lead calls, and earn commissions on memberships while training on MindBody, Axle CRM, and Homebase.
