Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily catering operations
- Take orders via phone, email, and mobile app
- Prepare and deliver orders with precision
- Ensure timely payment processing
- Collaborate with kitchen leads for efficient order prep
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience or 1 year at Chick-fil-A
- 1 year of catering experience
- Strong motivational and team management skills
- Passion for serving others
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Excellent initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail
- Creative, energized, and highly motivated personality
- Flexibility to work early mornings for large orders
- Willingness to cross-train for comprehensive operational knowledge
