Production Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Automated Production Operator - Quality & Packaging** to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating automated production equipment, monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, and packaging finished products according to established standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Operate and monitor automated production machines and equipment. + Start, stop, and monitor machinery to ensure proper operation and production flow. + Inspect finished products for quality, defects, dimensions, and overall compliance with specifications. + Perform visual inspections and identify defective or non-conforming products. + Remove, separate, and properly document defective products as required. + Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production. **Pay Details:** $14.00 to $14.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
