Senior Offline Marketing Associate

Manage planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns across the USA, Germany, and New Markets Develop campaign plans, budget allocations, and forecasts with the Head of US Offline & Partnerships Manage relationships with media agencies, data bureaus, data co-ops including Epsilon and Wiland, and other external partners Support campaign planning, prospecting strategies, media bookings, and execution Create campaign briefs based on media plans and coordinate with Creative, Print, and Digital teams Develop creative briefs and work with design and artwork teams to deliver campaigns aligned with brand guidelines Manage campaign setup, including offer code and URL briefs, ensuring checks and approvals before launch Monitor offline channel performance and maintain reporting dashboards Provide weekly updates, performance analysis, and actionable insights to the marketing team and leadership stakeholders Support testing, evaluation, and rollout of new channels, partnerships, strategic initiatives, pilot programs, and emerging offline marketing opportunities Serve as a key point of contact across internal teams and external partners to ensure communication, project management, and campaign delivery Requirements 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign management, offline media, and cross-functional project coordination Experience managing Direct Mail, Out-of-Home (OOH), Print, Radio, CTV, and Brand Partnerships Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Experience working with media agencies, vendors, and external partners Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results, and providing actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience developing creative briefs and coordinating with Creative, Design, Production, and Digital teams Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across campaign setup, approvals, and execution Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Asana is a plus Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing offline marketing campaigns, including Direct Mail, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Print, while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
