Lung Innovations Network is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in DuBois, PA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting clinical findings
• Assist with pulmonary assessments, spirometry, and respiratory therapy procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease management strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Triage patient calls and coordinate follow-up care and referrals

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in pulmonology, primary care, or specialty care
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
