We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving maintenance issues to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance 
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion 
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and mechanical.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to reach and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem solving and strong attention to detail.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Experience working in an industrial setting as a maintenance mechanic a plus.
• Experience with welding.
• 3-5 years' experience
• Experience driving a forklift and welding a plus
• Comfortable working within a Union environment
