As a Behavioral Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our mission by providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home setting. About The Role We are seeking passionate and motivated BT's to join our skilled team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists. As a BT, you will work closely with BCBA's to implement treatment and behavior intervention plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET). Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized therapy sessions to children, focusing on skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home setting Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET) Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notesCollaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required Hours Monday to Friday, 4pm-7:30pm (with possible Summer hours: 9:30am-1pm) Requirements 0 years of experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes What We Offer Competitive salary range of $24 - $30 BI-WEEKLY Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization Ongoing training and supervision to support your professional development A supportive and collaborative team environment If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astra ABA
