Human Resources Manager - Multi-Store Automotive Group

Job Description We're looking for an HR leader who enjoys building, solving problems, and helping people succeed. Alpine Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for someone who can help us strengthen our people, support our leaders, and preserve the values that make our organization special. This isn't a traditional HR role. You'll work closely with ownership, General Managers, and department leaders across multiple locations to support hiring, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational growth. The right candidate: Builds trust quickly Thrives in a fast-moving environment Handles difficult conversations with confidence Adapts well to change Balances accountability with empathy Enjoys helping leaders and teams improve What you'll do: Support leaders with employee relations and performance issues Manage compliance, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims Oversee benefits administration Improve hiring, onboarding, and retention processes Help develop leaders and strengthen the employee experience Partner with leadership on organizational growth initiatives Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience Automotive experience preferred Multi-location experience a plus Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and relationship-building skills At Alpine, we're proud of the culture we've built.
