Marketing Manager (III)

Job Description: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to manage and execute the Local Guides contributor email marketing program. This role will focus on end-to-end program management, lifecycle marketing, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing optimization of large-scale email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management and execution of the Local Guides contributor email marketing program to drive user contributions and retention.
- Manage the contributor email lifecycle program, including campaign planning, execution, creative coordination, launches, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and effective program execution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, contribution volume, and email health metrics.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests focused on email timing, messaging, creative, and incentive structures to improve conversion and engagement.
- Ensure email communications align with brand voice, guidelines, and program objectives.
- Use marketing dashboards and campaign performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple program activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong execution and operational rigor.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or a related field.
- Experience managing email marketing or CRM programs from end to end.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience managing large-scale CRM campaigns across Email, Push, or similar channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and dashboards.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, user growth, retention, or contributor/community engagement programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
