Auditor

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for an Auditor to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Nashville. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Concur experience.



Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 9 months
• Pay: $28.43/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze all domestic and international expense reports in Concur and Oracle Fusion to ensure adherence to company T&E policies.
• Prioritize identified risks, document policy infractions, and generate requested reports for management.
• Provide technical assistance for expense platforms and educate employees on policies to prevent future infractions.
• Create and amend system queries to improve analysis and proactively propose policy enhancements to management.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, act as a role model for the corporate Code of Conduct, and support special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Concur experience (Oracle Fusion preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, manage system queries, and possess a solid understanding of finance, procurement, and ERP processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present both qualitative and quantitative information to executive leadership and employees at all levels
• Proven capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organization and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent internal customer support.
