Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Sachse, TX at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Travel Assignment Details: Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks (40 hours per week) Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation and plan of care development. Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and treatments preferred. Documentation experience including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in electronic medical records systems. Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and participate in student clinical education preferred. Adherence to state Practice Act, professional codes of conduct, and completion of state-mandated continuing education.
