Your Role on the Team Safe Operation: Securely operate heavy trucks or tractor-trailers (26,000+ lbs GVW) to deliver gravel and support excavation sites. Load & Haul: Assist in the efficient loading/unloading of materials and cargo. Mission Control: Maintain accurate activity logs and report any incidents to dispatch promptly. Fleet Care: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections—we keep our trucks in top shape, and you’re the first line of defense. What You Bring to the Cab License & Experience: A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record. Grit: Previous experience in construction, gravel hauling, or heavy transport is preferred. Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable with the physical nature of the job, from securing loads to occasional manual tasks. Reliability: You show up ready to work.
