Strategy Manager

Driving the definition, execution, and communication of strategic priorities, the full-time remote Manager of Strategy and Business Development will manage the annual strategic planning process, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and present strategies to stakeholders while ensuring alignment on key objectives. Key responsibilities: Manage the annual strategic planning process to align on strategic objectives and initiatives Drive accountability across strategic initiatives, contributing to revenue-generating opportunities Communicate strategy through presentations to investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability Required qualifications: BA or BS undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; MBA is optional 3 - 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic planning in consumer-facing industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite
