PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST (OKC/FT) Non-Safety Sensitive

Schedule: Needing Open Availability (able to work evenings and weekends) on a rotating schedule. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 8 AM-10 PM and Sunday 10 AM- 9 PM.

Pay: $15/hr.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST:

• Assist customers in making over-the-phone payments.
• Answering payment-related inquiries and addressing any payment related issues.
• Process various types of payments including credit card payments ensuring accuracy and verifying that all transactions were done correctly.
• File the daily invoices.
• Call the finance company to verify information on customer accounts (balance due, account balance, available credit).
• Provide customers with payment confirmation and receipts ensuring all information is accurately communicated.
• Address customer concerns and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR PAYMENT TEAM SPECIALIST: Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; basic mathematical skills required; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal and external customers; and basic knowledge to operate computer and phone systems.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally.
