Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with the necessary qualifications to join our team. All requirements listed in this job description are non-negotiable and must be met without exceptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required.
• MUST have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• Current American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to start.
• Epic electronic health record experience is mandatory.
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty is required.
• Completion of an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is essential.
• Candidate must work at least every other holiday.

Additional Requirements

• Background checks will be conducted; no open cases will be accepted.
• All required certifications must be current and active at the time of application.
• Travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative 10-panel drug screen (including nicotine) required within 12 months of start.
• Permanent and per diem candidates are not eligible to return to any affiliated facilities for one year from their last working date.
• Criminal background checks and fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
