Pay Range: $1,726.56 – $2,031.25 per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) for a 16-week travel assignment in Berlin, VT. In this role, you will provide specialized care for patients requiring extended hospital stays and complex medical management, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to complex LTAC patients, monitoring vitals and managing specialized treatment plans.
• Manage advanced clinical interventions, including ventilator care, tracheostomy care, complex wound care, and IV therapy.
• Assess patient conditions continuously, responding promptly to status changes and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff to coordinate care plans and discharge goals.
• Document patient progress, assessments, and care delivery accurately in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont (or active Compact RN license).
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recent LTAC, ICU, or Critical Care experience preferred.
