However, if you want to live a life with real purpose, work alongside a wildly talented group of professionals to make a real difference, join us as we work to solve the national housing crisis.**Job Summary**As a BOXABL **Content Creator**, you will live on the front lines of social media, the face of BOXABL, turning our factory floor, model homes, and real-world deployments into engaging, short-form videos. You don't need millions of followers on your personal channels, but you will need a finger on the pulse of internet culture, and the ability to make high-tech manufacturing feel fun, accessible, and viral.**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** **Produce High-Performing Short-Form Video:** Regularly create videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.* **On-Camera Talent & Voice:** Act as an enthusiastic, relatable on-camera host delivering product walkthroughs, factory tours, unboxings, and reaction videos.* **Trending:** Stay ahead of fast-moving social media trends, audios, and formats, rapidly adapting them to fit the BOXABL brand.* **Collaborative:** Work closely with team members at our Las Vegas headquarters to identify exciting new product features, updates, and milestone moments to highlight.* **Test and Iterate:** Analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates best with audiences.## Qualifications**Experience and Education*** 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, with a portfolio of engaging short form videos* Demonstrated portfolio of video, photography, and digital content creation.* Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts* Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut preferred* Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva preferred* Experience with photography and video equipment, lighting, audio recording, and production techniques.* Experience creating content for major social media platforms and understanding their respective formats and audiences.* Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.* Ability to manage projects from initial concept through final production and delivery.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Familiarity with analytics tools and measuring digital content performance preferred.* Experience with construction, manufacturing, real estate, architecture, technology, or consumer product brands is a plus.**What We're Looking For:*** **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that showcases your editing, framing, and storytelling skills.* **Camera Comfort:** Natural, charismatic, and authentic on-camera presence with zero hesitation talking to an audience.**\\*\\*****Attach a link to your portfolio or include social media handles in your resume****Work Environment/Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
