We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor - Support team member to join a Financial Services team. This Long-term Contract opportunity will provide administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Loan Servicing function, helping maintain accurate documentation, timely processing, and consistent service levels. The assignment is expected to run for 90 days and is well suited for someone who works carefully, stays organized, and can manage recurring tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming correspondence by receiving, organizing, and distributing mail to support daily loan servicing activities.
• Produce and organize tax bill documents, ensuring records are prepared accurately for review and payment processing.
• Coordinate tax-related materials with external vendors and confirm documentation is matched to the appropriate loan files.
• Assemble payment support packages for tax disbursements and prepare related materials for upcoming escrow activity.
• Scan, index, and maintain vendor and servicing documents so files remain current and accessible.
• Generate required mailing labels and prepare outbound letters regarding future tax disbursements and related servicing communications.
• Assist with customer follow-up tasks to help keep servicing requests and account actions on schedule.
• Provide operational coverage for team absences, helping the department maintain continuity during vacations and other time away.• Previous experience in mortgage servicing, loan administration, or related lending support work is preferred.
• Familiarity with escrow processes, tax bill handling, or mortgage tax support activities is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage documents, correspondence, and tracking activities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a structured office environment and following established servicing procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally when supporting internal teams and customer follow-up efforts.
• Experience related to mortgage processing, loan origination, loan closing, or mortgage lending is helpful.
