PrimECS seeks a Survey Manager to lead day-to-day technical and operational management of the survey division across multiple active heavy civil projects in the Mid-Atlantic. You will guide field crews, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure safe, accurate delivery of complex infrastructure work across bridges, highways, rail, tunnels, and marine projects.
