Compensation:$85,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations and workflow.
Manage staff performance, attendance, productivity, workloads, and accountability.
Handle onboarding, off-boarding, training, scheduling, and employee records.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff and operational issues.
Run and analyze productivity, case-progress, cost, and performance reports.
Provide management with regular updates on team progress, deadlines, and concerns.
Implement and improve firm procedures and MyCase workflows.
Monitor computers and coordinate equipment, supplies, shipping, vendors, and office maintenance.
Assist with HR compliance, confidentiality, and workplace concerns.
Track office expenses and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
At least five years of management or supervisory experience in a professional office.
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing employees and analyzing productivity and performance reports.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and hold staff accountable.
Proficiency with Sheets, Microsoft Office and office-management systems.
