We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist—whether new or experienced—to join our full-time team. Our hygienists enjoy a balanced work schedule with no accelerated hygiene, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive environment that values their contribution. Work either a 3.5-day week (Tuesday through Friday, with Friday as a half day) or a 4-day week (Monday through Thursday). Title Dental hygienist Job Description Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and medical history reviews Provide professional dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments Conduct comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Schedule and manage two-hour new patient appointments and one-hour recare visits Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver individualized patient care Ensure sterilization and maintenance of instruments and clinical areas Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current with dental best practices Salary Range full-time $50,000 - $140,000 per year - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
