Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Manager — In-Home Visits
Centene Corporation
Centene is hiring for a Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Manager based in Austin, TX. You will develop and coordinate care plans for members with complex mental/behavioral health needs, educating families and coordinating with providers to ensure effective services. The role requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health or Social Work (or Nursing) and 2–4 years of related experience, with up to 75% travel for home visits.
