Call Center / Sales Representative Location: McDonough, Ga. Job Type: Hybrid Pay: $22.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift (9:00AM TO 6:00PM) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team! This is a hybrid position, with training and onboarding beginning in the office before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service Follow established scripts and call cadence Multi-task while managing multiple customer interactions and systems Build positive relationships with customers Meet performance and sales goals Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Requirements 1 3 years of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized Comfortable following scripts and established processes Self-motivated and dependable Strong computer skills Bilingual candidates are welcome!
