Nursing Position - Med/Surg (Night Shift) Location Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Nurse to join our team. As part of a dynamic healthcare environment, you will provide quality patient care to a diverse patient population, including those with pulmonary conditions, infections, and surgical needs. This role requires flexibility to float within units as needed. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to acute hospital patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests as needed. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation. Float within the hospital as required, based on skillset and unit leader discretion. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure New York State Nursing License. Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital nursing experience. Prior travel nursing experience is preferred. BLS and ACLS certification (preferred). EPIC charting experience is required. Must float within scope of practice at manager's discretion. Flu vaccine required for flu season. Why ARMStaffing?
