The college is recruiting assistant coaches for its men's and women’s basketball programs. The position is part‑time, reporting to the Head Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics, and requires compliance with college, OCCAC, NJCAA, and USCAA policies. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, developing, and coaching student‑athletes. Commit to academic integrity and student‑athlete welfare. Coordinate and perform coaching duties, including game preparation. Help develop team strategy and analyze performance. Scout, recruit, and retain student athletes. Adhere to college, OCCAC, NJCAA, and USCAA policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform related duties as assigned. Requirements At least two years of coaching and recruiting experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated recruiting and retention success at a higher educational institution. Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to motivate student‑athletes. Valid driver’s license. Position Qualifications Competitive and driven to achieve sustainable success.
