You care.You show up ready to help, communicate with your team, and treat residents with the dignity and respect they deserve.WHAT YOU'LL DOEvaluate residents' needs and provide individualized therapy to support their goals.Help residents build strength, improve function, and maintain or regain independence.Keep accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, and facility teams.Provide education on restorative techniques and strategies that support continued progress.Supervise therapy assistants and students when applicable to your discipline and role.Support coverage across assigned communities, including travel or floating as needed.Follow professional standards, applicable regulations, and company policies.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDGraduation from an accredited program in your therapy discipline.A valid license-or eligibility to obtain licensure-in the state where you'll provide services.
