Material Handler I

Position Summary The Material Handler I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing parts, shipping and receiving, and performing decontamination processes for medical devices. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare parts and materials for shipment according to work orders and shipping requirements. Receive, label, and store incoming materials and products accurately. Perform shipping tasks including staging, packaging, and documentation. Execute decontamination and cleaning processes for medical devices in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards at all times. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) as required. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards. Assist with cycle counts, inspections, and audits as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals. Assist with responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. Qualifications High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required. Related experience. Regular and predictable on-site attendance. Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed; on‑call hours as required. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: M‑F 8am to 5pm Salary Range: $18–$21 per hour Benefits B.
