Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the role of Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents while promoting a culture of nursing and clinical excellence and infection prevention. Responsibilities:

Staff Development Coordinator:

• Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training

• Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility

• Assist with the orientation of all new employees

• Be an example of best practices within the facility

Infection Preventionist:

• Is certified, or is willing to become a certified Infection Preventionist

• Tracks and trends infection both in-house acquired and hospital acquired

• Committed to quality assurance and performance improvement

Requirements:

• RN Preferred

• License in good standing in the state of MA

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction

Compensation:

• $7k Sign on Bonus

• $110,000 - $120,000 ANNUALLY
