Job Summary And Qualifications Strong clinical education programs shape the future of nursing and the safety of patient care. As the Nurse Residency Coordinator , you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of division-wide nurse residency and onboarding programs that set up new Registered Nurses for confident, competent practice. You will ensure these programs are evidence-driven, regulatory aligned, and built to strengthen clinical outcomes, support retention, and prepare the next generation of nurses to deliver exceptional care.
