About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized nursing care to pediatric patients in their home environment.

Administer medications and monitor patient health status.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate families on patient care and health management.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.

Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
