Join Our Team as a Tap Room Associate at Great Country Farms!

Great Country Farms, nestled in the picturesque town of Bluemont, VA, is looking for a Tap Room Associate to join our Henway Hard Cider Tap Room team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a knack for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Tap Room Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Serving beverages and assisting guests with recommendations from our offerings.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tap room area.
- Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Supporting the team with special events or seasonal activities.
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Saturday & Sunday availability required, Friday Evening Options as well.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
- Reliable and ready to hustle during busy fall weekends
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
- Able to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, upbeat service
- Pour cider, flights, and other beverages
- Learn our cider lineup and help guests find their favorites
- Process orders and payments using our POS system
- Promote The Flock Cider Club, events, and experiences
- Keep the bar and guest areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Jump in and help the team wherever needed
