CDL-A OTR Driver Overview
- Pay that grows with your experience. Pay ranges 52-65CPM depending on experience, safety, and production pay, with top earners earning up to $100K+ annually on top-tier loads.*
- Freight that keeps you rolling. Run consistent dry van freight across 11 Western states, with 10,000-13,000+ miles per month for drivers who want the wheels turning.
- Bonuses built to add up. Earn a 2CPM safety bonus for clean inspections and on-time appointments, a production bonus up to 3CPM at higher monthly mileage, and a retention bonus of up to $2,000 available.*
- Home time built around your life. Choose from multiple schedule options, including shorter runs with a 34-hour reset at home, so you can find the fit that works for you.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 52-60CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
