Real Estate Associate

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters, including representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and other real estate transactions, such as purchases and sales of commercial property. Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Holland & Knight possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement. 4-8 years of real estate finance experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Must be licensed or ready to become licensed the state of North Carolina. This candidate must reside in the Charlotte area at or prior to the time of hire.
