Zions Bancorporation seeks an HR Generalist to support in-office HR operations across Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Houston. You will administer HR programs, handle unemployment processes, workers' compensation, ADA and leave administration, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1 year of HR generalist experience, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills; excellent communication is essential.
