Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Why techs stay at Synergy3

We don't just say we're a great place to work — we've got the hardware to prove it. Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Inquirer (2026) , Best Place to Work by ACHR News , and a two-time Bryant Medal of Excellence winner (2022 and 2023). But awards don't turn wrenches. What keeps our techs here is a system that makes great work pay, every single day.

• Your work earns real dollars — daily. We built our own culture and performance app, 360 Synergy , with a gamified points economy. Earn Synergy Points for completed jobs, five-star Google reviews, check-ins, and helping teammates — then redeem them for real money and real rewards. It's a second income stream for doing your job well.
• Recognition happens monthly, not annually: Team Member of the Month ($500), Most Reviews of the Month ($500), Cleanest Truck of the Month ($200) , and Year-End Awards across 10 categories with real-value prizes — not Wawa gift cards.
• We celebrate you like a person, not a headcount: custom birthday cake to take home, a monetary anniversary gift every year, and the whole company closes for our birthday celebration at our state-of-the-art headquarters.
• We actually get together: annual paintball and company picnic, Thanksgiving breakfast, and a Christmas party at one of the best venues in Philadelphia.

Turn your wrench for a company that pays you to be great

Synergy3 has been an HVAC, plumbing, and electric company in Philadelphia for over 20 years — and we're not the shop that runs techs into the ground. We invest in the tools, the trucks, the training, and the people who do the work. You will receive one on one training with our in-house trainer in our state of the art training lab. We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in a clean diagnosis, a happy customer, and a truck they'd be proud to show off.
