Job Title : Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8+ years
Location : Prosper, Texas
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
- Strong P&C Insurance / Claims domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Production Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and RCA.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Experience writing Gherkin-based Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience with UAT and functional testing.
- Good understanding of Guidewire APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of application development and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Guidewire Analyst Certification is a plus.
- Provide functional and production support for Guidewire ClaimCenter applications.
- Analyze incidents, problems, and recurring production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage and prioritize production incidents in accordance with ITSM / service management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and claims users to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements for ClaimCenter enhancements and system changes.
- Create detailed User Stories, Functional Requirements, and Gherkin-based Acceptance Criteria.
- Work closely with developers, integration teams, QA, and business users throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT and functional testing, including test scenario development, defect analysis, and validation.
- Troubleshoot Guidewire ClaimCenter functional and application issues.
Qualification:
