- Assist customers with questions regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options.
- Provide excellent customer service in a primarily inbound call environment.
- Educate customers on products, services, and benefits that align with their healthcare and financial needs.
- Follow up with customers when additional support or information is required.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Required
- Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence, in good standing.
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or higher).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must reside in the state where you are licensed.
- Starting pay: $21.00/hour
- Average performers: $23.00/hour
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish): $24.00/hour
- Average bilingual performers: $25.00/hour
