Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology in New Ulm, MN

Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: New Ulm, MN Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State MN Location 1324 5th St N, New Ulm, MN, 56073-1514 Requirements *MN License or IMLC Required for Quick Start* OP Infusion Oncology Clinic M-F 8-4:30 Credentialing Timeframe is 90-120 days: Would need help as soon as mid-August. Likely need to target September 14 or early October start for credentialing purposes. Coverage Needs: Prefer onsite and one provider throughout contract but open to discussions about some telehealth coverage. 6-month contract with option to extend. FTE highly preferred. May consider splitting coverage between two locums providers. Patients Per Day: 13-20 Support Staff: Will have LPN and RN support. APP support being added soon Scope of Practice: No radiation. Infusion clinic Imaging Nuc Med Pet Scan CT MRI Ultrasound Lab in house for blood draws. Palliative Care Telehealth. Charting: 24-hour completion is expected Interviews conducted by: President - New Ulm Medical Director Clinic Director Travel Cap Information Flight: Economy Airfare only first class and business class will not be reimbursed. Will reimburse up to 2 roundtrip flights per month. Any airfare over 1000 roundtrip needs prior approval. Lodging: Not to exceed 200/night for hotel to include taxes and hotel parking or up to 4500 total per month for airbnb etc in lodging reimbursements with receipts. Rental car/gas: Standard/Economy rental car is reimbursable. Maximum daily rate is 100 economy only. Optional coverage will not be reimbursed. SUV is reimbursable in winter months. Maximum daily rate is 100 economy only. Reasonable gas expense incurred to and from work and airport will be reimbursed. Fill up prior to drop off. Rental Car will be covered for duration of assignment except during scheduled or requested time off. OR Mileage to get from home to facility local mileage is excluded Hotel parking Baggage Fees - Standard baggage fees are reimbursable. Extra fees for checking golf clubs snowboards etc. are not. Airport parking economy only is reimbursed or ride share services to get to/from airport in their hometown are reimbursed black car service is not.
